Gin Fizz is one of the oldest cocktails in the history of mixed drinks. You can find the inventor in the very first cocktail bible of Jerry Thomas: ‘How to Mix Drinks or The Bon-Vivant’s Companion’. Our variant takes you to a Mediterranean terrace.
- 30 ml mixer (e.g. Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil) or Club soda
- 50 ml Citrus Gin
- 30 ml BeARTENDER Lemon
- 30 ml rosemary syrup
- 1 egg white (20 ml)
- Ice Cubes
INTO THE GLASS
Add the club soda in a Collins glass and put aside. Add the egg white in the shaker without ice and dry shake powerful. Add the other ingredients in the shaker WITH Ice and shake powerful during 20 seconds.
Strain carefully in the prepared glass.
