This Passion Cooler is a refreshing mocktail and will surprise you with the spicy touch of ginger. It's a heavenly mix of refreshing passion fruit, sparkling ginger beer & the sweet touch of honey syrup.
- 30 ml Beartender Passion Fruit
- 20 ml liquid honey syrup
- 40 ml ginger beer
Stir the liquid honey and the Beartender passion fruit into the Collins glass. Carefully pour the ginger beer onto it while stirring gently. Fill the glass with ice cubes and garnish with a piece of passion fruit.
For the Honey Syrup:
Dissolve 1 cup of honey in 1 cup of slightly warm water.
Cool down & store in a glass bottle in the fridge.
