BeARTENDER - RECIPE

We discovered this delicious drink in the Belgian bar Barazar. Joon De Grande created a mixture of Diplomatico Mantuano, Woodford Reserve and our BeARTENDER Passion Fruit. This makes you feel as if you are in the 'Paradiso'.

marriage between

  • 40 ml Diplomatico Mantuano
  • 20 ml Woodford Reserve
  • 1 Egg white
  • 30 ml BeARTENDER Passion Fruit
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice
  • 15 ml Homemade Vanilla syrup
  • 2 dash TBT Chocolat Bitters

Into the glass

Put 2 Iceballs into a double old fashioned glass. Dry shake, shake with the ice and strain.

Garnish with mint leaves, edible flowers and 3 TBT chocolat butter drops. Cheers!
