BeARTENDER - RECIPE

For the classy ones! A gin-based pink cocktail with a foamy head, silky texture and a touch of raspberries. Perfect match for those who love to sit outside on a late night evening with a sublime cocktail when the party inside is still going on. You should give it a shot, or even better... a glass!

marriage between

  • 45 ml London dry gin
  • 15 ml Anisette
  • 25 ml beartender lemon
  • 20 ml beartender raspberry
  • 20 ml sugar syrup
  • 1 fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)

Into the glass

Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake vigoriously for least 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe glass.
