Margaritas are a go-to cocktail in the summer but sometimes they can be a bit too sweet, or too strong, for their own good. That’s why I love this slightly more refreshing alternative: The Paloma. A well-known, well-loved cocktail in Mexico, the Paloma (Spanish for “dove”) is made with the best grapefruit soda in the world, and either tequila or mezcal.
- 40 ml Tequila or Mezcal
- 10 ml BeARTENDER Raspberry
- 3 Cents Grapefruit Soda
Into the glass
Put everything together and stirr.
Garnish with rosemar, lavender or a zeste of grapefruit.
