Serbia’s “Red Gold” is grown in small family plantations in the beautiful mountains of Western Serbia and is hand-picked in the summer. This also explains the superb quality of the Serbian raspberry.
This old variety has a dark red colour which will create a gorgeous reddish-pink glow in your cocktail.
Sunriped taste with a hint of floral notes , typical of this variety. This combines very well with green tea, ginger, peppermint and rosewater. Also great with lime, blood orange and grapefruit, lychee, strawberry, apricot, cinnamon, beetroot, pear, jasmine & clementine.
CONDITIONS FOR USE
Thaw the fruitpuree for 24 hours in the refrigerator (+4°C) or in defrost setting in the microwave, after removing the seal from the bottle. Shake before use.
