The Passion Fruit or Maracuya is sourced in the equatorial states Ecuador and Peru. The name refers to the form of the Passion flower. Spanish priests in 17th century saw in it a resemblance with the crucifixion of Christ (The passion of Christ). The juice is perfect to enhance the aroma of your cocktails.
The yellow, wonderfully tropical pulp of the passion fruit has a fresh, sweet yet slightly tart taste, and is a perfect base for all tropical cocktails! Works always well with the warm tones of Caribbean rum, but also likes the freshness of gin or vodka.

CONDITIONS FOR USE
Thaw the fruitpuree for 24 hours in the refrigerator (+4°C) or in defrost setting in the microwave, after removing the seal from the bottle. Shake before use.
